What you get once you are enrolled.

Course delivery, materials and your progress all live on our learning platform at courses.solarcanadapro.ca, which is where enrolment and payment happen too. Sign in there with the account you created when you enrolled; this page is a map, not a second login.

What enrolled students have access to

• The course modules, in sequence, with your progress saved.
• Downloadable materials — the written content, worked examples and reference sheets. These are yours to keep.
• Knowledge checks at the end of each module, to catch a misunderstanding before you build on it.
• Session recordings, for live-course participants, inside the access period.
• Email support on course content. A person, and it is not a ticketing queue.
• Twelve months of access on the self-paced course, from the day you enrol.

The things students most often ask for

"I cannot get into my account." Use the password reset on the learning platform first; it resolves most of these. If it does not, tell us with the email address you enrolled under.

"Where is the string-sizing material?" The design chapter, and the free worked examples on this site cover the same calculation if you want it in writing rather than on video.

"How do I book my examination?" The booking form. The examination is separate from your course fee, at the same price for every candidate, and you can book it before, during or after your course.

"I have fallen behind." Tell us rather than disappearing. On the self-paced course you have twelve months, which is more room than most people realise. On a live cohort we can usually move you to the next one.

After you finish

A record of completion from us, which is not the credential — the credential comes from NABCEP, on an examination it writes and scores. Then the examination itself, if you have not already booked it. Then, if your goal is a NABCEP professional certification later, start documenting your installation hours now, because that is the constraint no course can shorten.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details on, we do not run a referral scheme, and we do not sell leads or territories to graduates. If somebody contacts you claiming to represent us with an offer along those lines, it is not us, and we would like to know about it.
