Book your BPI exam.

Eight fields. We register you with BPI, arrange the proctor and — for a field exam — the approved site, then confirm the date and the fee before anything is paid.

What a seat covers One fee Registration, the proctor, the approved site where a field exam is involved, and the examination itself. Our BPI fees are being set now the centre is standing up — ask and you get a number in writing, not a discovery call.
  • Your exam registered with BPI
  • Your proctor appointment confirmed
  • An approved field site, where the exam needs one
  • The same fee and the same calendar, whoever taught you

Eight fields. We register you, arrange the proctor and the site, and confirm the date before anything is paid. Nothing on this form charges you.

No payment on this form. We reply with the exam, the fee and an invoice, and nothing is charged until you have confirmed you want it.

What happens next

  1. We read it and reply. Normally the same working day.
  2. We check your prerequisites against BPI's rules and tell you plainly if something is missing. Several BPI certifications have gates, and one needs a written approval letter from BPI before a date can be set at all.
  3. We register you and arrange the proctor — and, for a field exam, the approved site. Every field site needs BPI's advance approval, which is why we confirm the site before the date.
  4. Your confirmation arrives with the fee and an invoice. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
  5. Then the instructions. What to bring, what identification, how check-in works, and what is provided versus what you bring yourself.
If you are renewing, put the expiry date in the notes

Renewal windows open six months before expiry, an open complaint at expiry blocks renewal outright, and an unsuccessful renewal attempt ends your current certification immediately. Field exams need a proctor, an approved site and a date that suits both. The date is the single most useful thing you can tell us.

One fee, one calendar, whoever taught you

The fee, the dates and the site are the same for candidates who prepared with us and candidates who did not, and this form does not ask where you studied, because it is not relevant to administering an examination properly. BPI writes, sets and scores its own examinations. We provide the seat and the proctoring, and we cannot affect the result — which is exactly how it should be.

Common questions

Do I pay on this form?

No. Nothing is charged here. We reply with the exam, the fee and an invoice, and you confirm before anything is paid.

Do I have to train with you?

No, and this form does not ask where you prepared. The fee, the dates and the site are the same either way.

I need the Energy Auditor. Can I book now?

Only with BPI's approval letter in hand. BPI assesses Energy Auditor eligibility itself and the letter must be presented at the centre, so a booking without it is a wasted day. Say on the form where you are in that process and we will help you get through it.

What if I do not know which exam I need?

Choose “Not sure — please advise” and tell us what work you do. We will tell you which certification matches, including when the answer is that none of them do yet.

Can I sit a field exam in my province?

Tell us the province on the form. Every field site needs BPI's approval in advance, so the honest answer depends on where you are and we will give it to you straight rather than take a booking we cannot honour.

Is the exam recorded?

Yes. BPI requires that every exam is observed by a BPI-approved proctor and recorded, audio and video. It is not something a centre can waive.

How quickly will you reply?

Normally the same working day. If a field exam is involved, the reply will include what we still need to confirm with BPI before a date can be fixed.
